Related Table Chart Widget - Displays Search Bar?

I have a related table and I want to display data through some charts. I add the related table chart widget and configure it to my specific needs. I look at the preview and it displays my chart, but when i open it within the Web App Builder all it does is displays a search bar. Is this bugged or am i doing something incorrectly? Some screen shots below.
