An issue just started late last week that is preventing my clients from expanded any WMS layers in my Layer List, whether it's to see the legend or other layers within that WMS.
I was able to recreate the error/issue by using the Query widget. When I open the web app, which was built in the web app builder, I can expand and minimize any and all WMS layers. As soon as I try to use the Query widget, right after the query is complete I lose all ability to expand WMS.

What's really puzzling is that it does not affect feature service, just WMS.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
