Publishing standalone table as hosted table generates Coordinate System

I have a hosted table view that I am looking to update by swapping the source to a new hosted table. The current view source is a hosted table that was published from a standalone table in a geodatabase in ArcGIS Pro and the new hosted table was published the same way, and from the same geodatabase. Both tables have the same schema.

When I attempt to Update View > Swap Source, I get the following error: Cannot swap source. The spatial reference does not match

Looking at the current view source and my new table, I can see that they have different coordinate systems listed in their item page.

Old Table:

New Table:

In ArcGIS Pro, neither of these tables have any spatial information in their properties. Where is this spatial information coming from?

UPDATE: The only thing that changed is that when I published the first table, there were only standalone tables in the geodatabase. When publishing the second table, there was one feature class in the geodatabase with a CRS of EPSG 5070. Does the hosted table take on the CRS of feature classes in the geodatabase?
