Dear sir/madam 

I create a public webapp,but when i share it with each other, it still need to be logined,i want to know why.here is my linke: https://yaae4lifuzwazdib.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=dcc06a25779a45749f69e1b58bd...

is it need to be paid to ESRI ltd?I dont know,i hope some one can help me .

did you Allow anonymous access to your organization?

Hi xueyuanyao,

Your elivation map service "Elevation/World_Hillshade/MapServer" from ibasemaps api required token. 

You can save the credentials while adding the service as an item in your portal to bypass this situation or user must login.

ibasemaps api is a federated server? or you add the item in the portal content ?

why dont you use free basemap instead elevation map?

actually,it is free,the base map is topographic map which is in gallery in arcgis online,and i added shp which is zip as a layer to the basemap.
