Pop-up Pie Chart Legend/Labels

Is it possible to add a legend or labels for a pop-up pie chart in a map that will be embedded in web page or used in one of the template applications on ArcGIS Online. Map is here:

I see it in Explorer Online, but it doesn't seem to carry over to the embedded map.

Also, I'm wondering if there's pricing information available for the organization subscription service or when pricing info might be available.

All that you can do is hover over the chart to see it's value. See attached image. As far as pricing for the subscription, I don't believe it's finalized yet. Contact your distributor for more information.
