Overwriting and existing table?

I have a table that is feeding a dashboard. All of the information in this table is going to be updated on a daily basis, with 50+fields for 6 records updating this table manually is an incredible time sink. ArcPro allows you to "Right click>Share>overwrite web layer" with feature classes, and according to ESRI's own documentation " Overwrite a table " this functionality used to be in Arc Pro, but it appears to have been removed? The option to share a table isn't even there.

The only way I've been able to do this is use "Delete Rows" and then append the new data into the table. However this does not allow for schema changes, and requires me to make the table editable in AGOL, delete rows, append new ones, and remove editing capabilities in AGOL. This is far from ideal because the table has to be public. This seems like a terribly cumbersome and inefficient way to do something that was previously supported. Does anyone have any tips, or ideas for a better work around?
