No line offset in AGOL

I was wondering if there is a way to offset lines in arcgis online.  When I share a service in AGOL from desktop (I'm running 10.1) the offset doesn't go with it. Also, the drawing order of the lines doesn't go online either.  Is this currently possible? Will it be someday?

This is really limiting our ability to show direction roadway information.
