New Problem with Popups and Normalization in For Organizations Beta

I just created a map yesterday 6/6/2012 and the popups were working fine (I believe).

Now, I think the option for none in the normalization listbox is gone so I have to normalize my column chart but I don't want to.

I think this is a bug but correct me if I'm wrong.

I have attached a screenshot (you have to trust me none is not there).

Sorry for posting here but I've never been able to post to wherever the beta stuff was supposed to be posted to.

Thank you in advance,

Ok. Looks like someone fixed the bug. I called Tech Support. Also, tech support said there there is a new version for arcgis online which was updated last night.

How do we find out about these changes?

I see the problem. Are you saying you don't see the problem anymore?

thanks,

Mike,

It looks like it was fixed as I was calling tech support.

But now the problem is back. So I don't know what is going on.

I don't have an option for none using IE or Chrome.

My firefox won't even load it anymore.

So if you are seeing it too, then I think there is a problem.

I'm trying to get ready for the user conference and a demo so this is troubling for sure.

Thanks for you help as always.

I've documented the problem and we'll have to fix it. As a workaround, you could add a field to your data and make the value for all records 1. Then use this field for normalization.

Ok. Thanks for the hack.

I will wait and hopefully you'll have that fixed before the UC. I can't see you all leaving it that way for the user conference demos.

This seems pretty major.

Even crazier..if you hit cancel, the second time you go into the popup "None" is there.

Tech support has the issue and is working on it.
