New Basic Viewer Template Right Panel Cut Off at Bottom

I tried downloading the new ArcGIS online basic viewer template from github: Esri/Viewer · GitHub

When I accessed it without making any changes, I noticed that if you scroll through the legend the bottom is cut off and there is no scroll arrow (see the attached screenshot). It looks better in Chrome, but definitely cut off in Firefox.

Has anyone run into this issue? Is there a way to fix it in the css?

The css for the Viewer app was not updated at the last release when it should have been. I updated the github repo to have the new css so if you download the code from github again the legend should work correctly.
