WE ARE A COUNTY GOVT. OFFICE AND HAVE FOUR TECHNINIANS EDITING MAPS. CURRENTLY ONLY ONE TECH IS ALLOWED ACESS TO THE MASTER MAP FOR CHANGES. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ALLOW ALL TECHNICIANS FULL EDITING ACESS?
If you're trying to do multi-user editing on shapefiles and csvs uploaded to the map, then no, only one user can really edit the map. Multi-user editing is supported on feature services hosted on your ArcGIS Server.
