Light Gray Canvas Map

Hi,

Is the Light Gray Canvas Map available as a template so that it could be utilized for own maps, like Community Maps templates?

The light gray basemap is available from the Basemap menu in the map viewer. You can create any web map using this basemap.

Thanks for your answer. However, I was actually looking for the template itself - cartography, symbols etc. - just like those I can download for Community Maps: http://resources.arcgis.com/gallery/file/community-maps-ttg . What I'd like to do is to put some own data into the same template so I could get, for example, my "own" basemap.

At the moment we do not have a template to share, but have plans to create one soon.

I *love* this basemap. But pulling it from ArcGIS Online is hell. Is there anyway to download the whole thing and store it locally? Please please pretty please?

Yes, it's packaged in a product called the Data Appliance.
