I have had a bit of a problem with this for some time, however we are planning on releasing links to our map this weekend, so I need to get it fixed ASAP. And it seems to be getting worse.
I successfully created a basic map using information that had been published to our server. I asked our GIS dept to publish a single sewer layer for our department's specific use. They did so. I loaded it. I could see it online, but when I opened it on my phone/ iPad, I could not see it. It is in the legend and is turned on. Today I started dropping all of the other layers- meaning I cannot see them on my phone (iPhone 4). I turned off the application, turned off the phone, restarted everything and nothing changed. So I actually recreated the map. It all showed up for a second online, but then my internet locked up and I had to close it. When I went back, the layers are there and I can see some of them, however when I open the map on my phone - whether I am signed in to my account or not - I cannot see the layers. The only thing that has been consistent is the aerial. I was wondering if there were the same rhyme and reason between draw order online as there is in the desktop software, but when I change the draw order online it actually appears reversed on my phone and there is not a way to move them.
Any insight would be great as I really like this little app and want to share it with the public.
