Layers not loading ArcGIS Online

I've uploaded two feature layers into ArcGIS Online. When I add the layers into the map, it's showing that the layers are loading. So far I've gotten one or two points to show after up to an hour. (Red arrow in screenshot shows one of the points that is showing but there should be like 50 or so points showing). I used to be able to see the points but now they are mysteriously not displaying.

I've seen past posts asking similar things but haven't had any luck.

Can you share the layers and map?

Have you tried bringing the point layers on top of the layer list?
