June 2026 AGOL Update - issues....so many issues

Where do I start?
Field Maps access issues - but somehow only affecting some users. And somehow only affecting some maps. And not data layer related, because I can duplicate the map and then affected users can use the new map. Not cache related, because issues persist with using a device that NEVER had Field Maps previously installed.

Then, I just find out that my editing tools in some Experience Builder apps is not working. The editing tool is selected EVERY layer in the map, even when they are turned off. And those layers are not even editable/selectable in the first place!

So tired of ESRI treating their customers as the sandbox environment for their updates.
And yet, ESRI Health Dashboard is all green showing no issues. But here on this community board it's full of users with random issues after June 2026 update.

Please fix it all! Or we'll have to be telling our field staff of over 100+ to get paper and highlighters ready!

I agree! And it's always on a Friday! Why do they do it on a Friday!??

Currently my arcade scripted pop-up that was the masterpiece and highlight of an app I'm working on is not populating at all... I'm furious.

And this is on the heels of a power automate crash that they also did on a Thursday less than 2 weeks ago.

Now I'm sad and I don't have time today to talk to tech support. Do you know where we should report our issues with AGOL?

Noticed this issue on our hosted ExB apps this morning.  Talked with Esri Support and everything worked as expected in an incognito window.  So...it appears the ExB issues are browser cache related.

I've done hard resets and manually cleared my cache (ESRI is always sticky so it's usually my first troubleshoot). Still not luck, even in incognito. It's not even working on a map viewer level. 😑

I'm really loving how the dashboard updates have completely changed the look/feel/usability of all of my dashboards.  Date selector splitting out combination date picker, indicator text/icon size explosion, radio button change on defined options in selectors, etc.

Oh no!! 👎 Now I'm afraid to look at mine!

Cripes ... our dashboards look bad now.  The indicator font sizes are all over the place, some are huge, some are tiny.  If an Arcade script is set to refresh, there's now a scrolling line at the bottom within the window, seems like some of the color options were reset.

Does Esri have a QA team that vets their updates before releasing them to the public?

Nothing like paying an arm and a leg to use their products, and then constantly have to go back and fix things after an update.

That's us.

just found another dashboard issue too. Maps in the dashboard no longer have the expansion button to make them full screen. 😞
But those expansion buttons are still in ExB

The expansion setting is now at the widget level under the general tab, but you have to go in and reset everything you want expandable.
