Is there a way to enter a value of a text field with a list of existing value of this field

To have more order in my database in arcgis online, I would like to be able to enter in a field either a new text value or a value chosen from the list of existing values in this field.

Do you know if it's possible to consider it

this way is alread used by the query widget to select an existing value.
