I'm wanting to be able to backup some feature layers I have hosted in ArcGIS Online. I was curious to know if there was any risk in data corruption if I exported while users were actively editing the feature layer(s). I'm assuming the export basically takes a snapshot of the data at that time and exports said snapshot. So, I'm confirming that's it's safe to export during editing, and a secondary question would be how the export actually happens (e.g. snapshot?).
