Once again our AGOL service is bad this morning, extremely slow loading of hosted feature services (if at all), errors when trying to view them in Pro etc. ("failed to fetch", "could not create a service", "non-matching security certificates")
Usual health dashboard claims everything is fine, so I'm assuming this is a European server issue. Have logged and escalated a case, but is it just us or across the board?
We had the same issue (on our EU hosted AGOL instance). I was half way through logging a support case with Esri UK but then it all came back. It's sooooo annoying that they don't have an EU health dashboard, but I've been lead to believe by our 'success manager' that one is coming. They were unable to give any timeframes though.
I've also had multiple issues today. Data not loading, errors saying the item doesn't exist when clearly it does and a few refreshes later it is back again but slow.
Survey123 also shows no filters when selecting sometimes. I've also had issues with adding layers into ArcGIS Pro.
This is hosted on services3.arcgis.com. Not a good day!
