Importing statistics identified by FIPS code into arcgis.com map

Can arcgis.com import metro area information identified by FIPS MSA codes?  I want to create a graduated circle map where symbol size is proportional to a statistic for each metro area

ArcGIS Online Map Viewer doesn't support creating a graduated symbol map. You can, however, do a classified map and symbolize based on the classes.
