How to add warning before deleting record in AGOL

I have a webmap setup where the user can create a new polygon or edit an existing polygon using the Edit tool.  The problem is, the Delete button is right next to the Close button and if accidentally clicked, the record is gone for good.  

If the Delete button is clicked on accident, I'd like a message window to appear stating "Are you sure you want to delete this record" and the user can simply click No or Yes. 

Is this logic possible to incorporate into the webmap using WebAppBuilder or other means?

The Edit widget in Web AppBuilder has an undo/redo option that may satisfy this requirement. You may have to configure a custom widget using Web AppBuilder Custom Widgets‌ to obtain a warning message.
