How often is the Esri World Geocoder updated?

Hi All - I'm curious if there is any documentation as to how often the Esri World Geocoder is updated?

Broadly speaking the release schedule for ArcGIS Online is in line with that of StreetMap Premium, and the update schedule is here:

However, it can happen that ArcGIS Online has updates on a different schedule to the StreetMap product.

Is there a way to make corrections to the geocode layer? We have areas in our city where there are new developments and the geocode layer doesn't always have correct info.
