How can I set a default 3D style for a point layer?

I have a scene with a point layer representing trees, and I want to display this layer in a 3D tree style. I have successfully changed the layer's style to a 3D tree in the Scene Viewer, but I am unable to set this style as the default for the layer to use it in another scene. Could someone please assist me?
