Since the AWS snafu yesterday, now our ArcGIS online org account is significantly slower than before. We had our site configured with ADFS and now I can't even get to the login page to select the method of login. Anyone else experiencing issues with AGOL?

There shouldn't be any lingering effects from the outage that was experienced on February 28th. If you are noticing a slowdown, try clearing your browser cache.
