Is/are there any methods to temporary disable/enable Geometric Network topology feature(s), without having to re-built the new Geometric Network Topology after removed the old Geo. Net. Topo.? I use ArcGIS Collector for collecting/updating point feature via iPad which was published from my ARcServer service to ArcGIS Online. The Collector will allow me to update and data attribute, however, re-locate or add new point feature to the map is not available, UNLESS I remove/delete the topology.
