Hi guys, my current project requires a feature layer to show huge amount of buildings on the map from a city scale dataset. It works fine on Arcgis server. However, the potential use case may contain a no internet environment. I read some documents about Arcgis server, but it seems not free. Is there anything free for a local server I have a try to host local feature layer?
