Export data to Excel

I have a real problem dealing with this, went through settings, cant find the section Export Data...

Is the Export Data box checked in the Settings for the layer in ArcGIS Online?

If it is then this may be better being posted in the Survey123 community.

 There no Export Data in the setting content

Are you the owner of the feature layer?

That is the settings for your organisation, not for the feature layer. In ArcGIS Online (www.arcgis.com), find the survey item in your Content and go to the Setting for that piece of content.
