ESRI World Locator Service URL

I'm wondering if anyone knows the REST URL for the ESRI World Locator Service? It can be selected in Arc Desktop and can be selected in ArcGIS Online, but what is the actual URL? I'm trying to plug it in to a third party software (Lucity) to test it against our own address locator.

Does anyone know if the URL to the ESRI geocoder has been changed? One of my public facing apps has started to ask users to login when they try to type an address in the search bar and I get the following error when trying to access the service now:
