Enable Collector Tracking

Hi,

I'm trying to enable collector tracking in my web map. I've created the hosted feature service using the Location Tracking template and added it to the map. Now, I understand this should make Location Tracking visible as an option in my Web Map Settings. However, that option is not visible. What am I missing?

Hi Deanna, can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? I tried the workflow and it seemed to be working as expected.

Hi, Chris.

Thank you so much for responding. I found the problem. The issue was that I was adding the Location Tracking feature service as a URL. It must be added through the 'Search for Layers' interface. ESRI support said it relied upon the item ID, rather than the URL.
