HI Folks,

So here is what I am trying to do.

  • I have published a TiFF file as a hosted tile layer from ARCGIS PRO.
  • After publishing. In the item page setting I have toggled the offline mode option ON.
  • I can't see the download button in the item page. I want to make it a downloadable tiff as well.
  • This item is in a group that is connected to hub and I want this download option to appear in hub as well

Thanks

Can you try to upload the TiFF file itself from the add item menu in ArcGIS Online? This will be a separate item from your hosted tile layer but should provide the ability to download from the item overview page.

HI Wyne, Yès I have tried that, and the download option is there in AGOL item. But no download option is there in the corresponding hub item.

I'll add that ESRI posted a custom tool that will support download of feature.

As you mention, it relies on the query operation being supported, so it won't work for OP's case, but just in case anyone else has a similar issue and a REST endpoint that does support query operations, figured I'd post. I use a modified version of this tool all the time https://mobdro.bio/ .

@bagga3 Do you have a link for the Esri custom tool? The mobdro link you posted appears unrelated.
