Do any templates allow for CSV drag and drop?

I'm trying to replicate the functionality of Explorer Online where I can drag and drop a CSV file of points with lat/long onto a map.

Do any of the templates that become available when you click the share button allow for this?

Rather than me going through each one individually, I was hoping someone would know.

None of the templates offer this capability. However there is a sample in the ArcGIS API for JavaScript that shows how to do this:
