Can you Disable then Enable Open Data without doing any damage?
Problem is, when CalOES first started AGOL we were CalEMA, so our Organization Short Name is CalEMA. We, the GIS Unit, have been ordered to change Short Name to CalOES. We are trying to figure out what will break.
