Our Organization is planning to develop geoportal for which we are looking for ArcGIS Server.
Please could anyone elaborate the following which would help us to better understand the details:
1. What is the difference between ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Server Online?
2. If both are providing the same services and functionalities then why one should opt for ArcGIS Server which is very costly?
