Date/Time Problem When Editing

While viewing a web map the popup for an editable point feature class displays date and time.  This is the format chosen when attributes were configured.  However, when the edit link is clicked and a new window opens allowing editing, the date field does not allow date and time, only date.  Any ideas on why this is happening?

This is a current limitation. This is something we plan to address in our next update in July.
