Hello,
I have an issue of using a custom basemap that is using a WGS84 geographic projection (wkid: 4326) and trying to set a defined extent. When I open my map using map viewer (on my browser), the custom extent would not take into effect. Although, the custom extent does work in if I open the map as ArcGIS desktop.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue and knows of a solution?
