To publish a satellite image, do I spend credits to generate map tile and data storage? Or do I spend credits to generate tile visualization as well?

Sorry by my english, I don't know if I explained well. Another's kinds of cloud map service we need pay per 1000 map tile visualizations. I want know if after I create my tiles and store it, I will spend credits per views.
