Credit limit reached?

So what is the warning message that a user gets when they have reached the maximum number of credits that have been given/allotted to them? Do the Administrators get notification too? Is there a pre-warning like "you only have xxx credits left. Contact your administrator."?

Thanks!

The user and the administrator will get an email stating that the credit limit has been reached and that the account that has reached a credit limit will be unable to use features that require credits until more credits have been allocated to the user.

So there is no kind of warning that they are close to using the allotment? This might be OK as we plan on monitoring more closely now that the credit allotment is functional.
