I want to create stationings along a polyline alignment for a trail projects we're working on (ie. STA: 5+50, 6+00, etc.). I imported the alignment from Civil3D as a DWG file so it's using expression to maintain dynamic text. This works fine in ArcGIS Pro as it's using the intervals and measure, however, ArcGIS Online doesn't support 'measure' in expressions used to calculate my station numbers. And since it's not considered a 'Label', I can't convert the text over to a graphic or annotation.
So I'm wondering if there's a work around. I've tried doing "Generate Station Point" which gives me the points, but no expression option for the text string so it's not dynamic and display a single text string for every point. I'm going to try exploding the stationing in the Civil3D file to see if that works. Ideally, I would like a smooth, streamlined process rather than having to create separate files just to get a static version in ArcGIS Online.
