Creating New Baseline Map in ARCGIS-Cloud

Hi,

I am totally new to this cloud based ARC-GIS but it seems to be promising. I have a quick question. Can we create a new baseline map or is this a limitation in this cloud based solution to only use their baseline map and add layers to it. A reply is highly appreciated.

You can use your own basemap if it's accessible either as a WMS or an ArcGIS Server service. If you have your own data, but no server, then it would be possible to have ArcGIS Online host your service for you, if you purchase a subscription, via ArcGIS Online for Organizations. Subscriptions are not yet available for sale, but will be starting in the 3rd quarter of this year.
