Cannot delete vector tile layer item

I have been experimenting working with vector tiles and I cannot delete a vector tile item in AGO. I was able to delete the associated vector tile package which was published from ArcGIS Pro but cannot delete the tile layer that was created, has anyone else experienced this?

I am also having this issue. I believe when replacing our vector tile basemap, I chose to turn the current one into an archive. We have since stopped doing it this way but I cannot delete the "archive" vector tile hosted layer. All it says is Error, Unable to delete item.
