I'm unable to add a CSV, publicly available at OneDrive, to an ArcGIS Online web map.
I had a similar question regarding Dropbox, which was answered here:

The solution for Dropbox was to make sure my CSV was in my Public folder. (It wasn't sufficient to simply get a link for the file.)
Now I have the same CSV in my Public folder at OneDrive here .
When I try to Add Layer > From Web > CSV, I get this error: "The layer was not created because no locations could be found."
But I know the locations are valid; it's the same file that works okay at Dropbox.
Has anyone successfully added a map layer from a CSV or KML file at OneDrive?
