Cancel Trial Subscription

Two organization subscriptions have been initiated for my company -- one is a trial subscription, the other is now perpetuated as part of an enterprise license agreement.  Is there a way to cancel the trial subscription so the user who initiated it can be associated with the other?  The same user is currently prohibited from being associated with more than one organization.

Currenlty, it is not possible to transfer users between two subscriptions. Am I correct in assuming that the user who is part of the trial has items they want to transfer over too?
