Hello,
We have a trusted partner collaborator on our AGOL account who has managed our Hub basic site for several years, including creating content. They are part of the Core Team.
We recently upgraded to Hub Premium, and our existing Hub sites were upgraded to initiatives. However, the partner collaborator is not able to see or use the Hub Premium features on that site.
Do they also need to be added to AGOL Hub Premium community account as trusted partner collaborators to be able to use Hub Premium features on our organizational account??
