I have created a web map via sharing from ArcGIS Pro.
When viewing the online map, I can not zoom in, only out. Scale min is like 1:8000
Help, I must be brain-dead
Hi @GarryPetrie,
Some more information would help with troubleshooting.
The buttons are there. I created the layers via hillshade tool. I set the property to be viewable at all scale and that is the case on the desktop. Not so much in the ported webmap.
Any chance you are using a tiled basemap that doesn't have any tiles at a scale larger than 1:8000?

Not about the basemap. The TIF images created via hillshade and have infinite zoom on the desktop. Not so much on the ported webmap.
which makes sense. Desktop will have infinite zoom, however, Web map will only have the zoom levels allowed with the basemap. If you can't zoom in past 1:8000 (rather than the image just disappearing when zoomed in past that) I suspect the basemap you are using doesn't have tiles at zoom larger than 1:8000 (though, that doesn't sound quite right for a basemap).
Can you share the web map (or basemap) that you are using?

I can zoom well past 1:8000 and still see the lidar images rendered. I would say the drop out is around 1:200. The base map is WorldImagery.
When just looking at (which appears to be the Hillshade layer(s) in question):
It shows as a tiled MapService with Min LOD (Level of Detail) = 12
and Max LOD = 17.
If I load that into the old WAB to easily see the zoom level, you see that the service is becoming visible at LOD=12:
then turns off once we zoom past the MAX LOD set in the service:
So, doesn't look like it is related to the basemap after all. It is just drawing as per the LOD/tile scheme settings.

I knew it had nothing to do with the basemap. What I don't see is how to manipulate the LOD levels.
I am sorry, I can't even figure out how you got this view?
