I have some very large raster surfaces to upload to AGOL. It is important that I understand the cache size and number of tiles that will be generated so that I can estimate the credits that will be consumed during publishing and for data maintenance.

This is relatively easy to do when sharing a Raster Tile Layer from ArcPro, but Raster Tile Layers don't have the pixel value pop-up functionality that I need.

Hosted Tile Imagery Layers appear to have the pixel value pop-up functionality I need,

but the AGOL Hosted Imagery Layer wizard only shows the target file upload size, not the number of tiles or cache size.

ESRI says there is a Create Hosted Imagery Layer wizard in ArcGIS Pro but I cannot find it to test if it has a cache size and tile count estimator.

We really need to have a universal credit cost calculator for every AGOL process. It's very frustrating to do business using a tool that you don't have a way to know how much it costs to use.
