BETA Dashboard for Credit Consumption Weird layer question

I basically have 2 users that publish hosted feature layers to AGOL and I am starting to migrate some data from SDE storage to Hosted Feature Layers in AGOL and am watching credit consumption more in depth that I have in the past and noticed that each of us publishers owns a feature layer with the name 0. THis is when looking at the Beta Dashboard under the organization tab.
THey do not consume a lot but just curious what they are and why they have so many views. WHen I go to view the layer it says it has been moced or deleted.
