I am looking for a shapefile of Europe and Russia (separately). I would like to add my own data to this map and make my own thematic maps. ArcView long time ago used to have them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
There are layer packages in here that you can probably use. You need version 9.3 and above, I believe. I'm not sure these layer packages contains shapefiles, but if you need that, you can probably convert the data.
