After last nights updates all of our users are unable to add, edit, or delete attachments. This problem is present for our feature services that have attachments enabled and are published from ArcGIS Servers. In the form itself it says we lost this ability since these feature classes are not hosted (attachments on our Hosted feature services work fine and have the new update additions)... Is this a bug or an intended outcome? Attachments are still viewable/usable on popups, arcade, etc for these non-hosted feature services.
UPDATE - We are able to add, delete, edit attachments - There was some UI changes in Experience builder that were confusing users on our end. Sorry for the false alarm!
@JacobMyers I would contact Technical Support to have them investigate this as it may be related to the release.
@JacobMyers there should be no issues with adding, updating, or deleting attachments in Map Viewer or other web apps, or in mobile apps such as Field Maps.
The message shown in the screenshot is indicating that you can't add new form elements to the form because these require schema changes to add fields, which is an unchanged requirement for ArcGIS Enterprise feature services from previous releases.
Currently a second notice is shown indicating attachments are not enabled for the layer. This is incorrectly being shown, which might be causing some confusion.
This message is related to support for form attachment elements, which has additional requirements beyond the layer being enabled for ArcGIS Enterprise services. They are only supported on ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1, and additional steps must be taken to support them in that release.
