ArcGIS Online- Transfer content Issue when shared to gallery

Hello ArcGIS Online Team, 

We noticed a recent issue after the last AGOL update when transferring content from one user to another. 

When we try to transfer content we receive this error (please see below). The data is only shared to our organizations Gallery which should not cause this issue.

Please resolve this issue.
