ArcGIS Online Licensing for field workers

I'd like my organization's field workers to enter data using the Collector app for ArcGIS Online.  We're using ArcGIS Online based on our Desktop licenses.  Would we have to purchase additional licenses for our field workers to log in and use the app?

To use the Collector app, you need a named user in ArcGIS Online.
