Is there a way to take ArcGIS Online data offline for use with applications like the Android API? The scenario is we have an Android App that needs mapping base data (e.g. Street Map of ESRI US TOPO map) but the application will not have web connectivity in the field due to remoteness. So we want to select an specific area and scale level to instantiate an offline download of the image tiles from ArcGIS Online. Is this possible? If so what are your suggestions of great forums??
