ArcGIS Online Basemaps Not Available

The ArcGIS online Basemaps are not loading in my AGO organization. Additionally they are not loading in ArcPro 2.0. The existing basemap displays in the map, but I cannot change the basemap. I also cannont change basemaps in the explorer App and Collector App, both for iPad ios11.

They are available in ArcMap 10.5. Is there and update/issue going on? Basemaps were working fine, 10/04/2017

Not working on 10/5/2017 and now morning of 10/6/2017

I am still having the issue in Pro and Online. Hoping it's resolved after the maintenance tonight.

There weren't any known issue reported with the basemap maintenance. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Technical Support.
